Prof. Suzan AlQurashi is a Full Professor in the faculty of Economics and Public Administration at King Abdul Aziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Prof. AlQurashi is the first Saudi female to obtain full professorship in Organization Behavior. She has contributed to many publications in ISI Journals and international journals, presented conference papers and working on her book. Her 2018 paper wasawarded Emerald Best Paper of Year. She was presented with many accolades for her work such as the Scientific Excellence Award, Faculty of Economics and Administration 2011; Scientific Excellence Award, Faculty of Economics and Administration for publication in ISI Faculty of Economics and Administration 2018 and the Excellence Reward from the President of King Abdul Aziz University for distinguished publication in Social Science for academic year 2018-2019.

Prof. AlQurashi was the Supervisor of public administration departmentfrom 2010 to 2016. Member of the Board of Economics and Administration since 2017 ; member of the Standing Committee for the Scientific Council Affairs at King Abdul Aziz University since January 2020, in addition to being a member of the Advisory Committee of the Faculty of Anthropology and Design at King Abdul Aziz University. Member of the Editorial Board of the Scientific Journal of Management, Faculty of Commerce , King Saud University. 

In 2014, she was part of a three women delegation that represented Saudi Arabia, in the First Forum of Arab and South American Women held in Lima, Republic of Peru.Prof. AlQurashi is the founder and Head of New Management Expertise House . CV
