Profile:

 

Dr. Suzan Mohammed AlQurashi is an Associate Professor of Public Administration and Organizational Behavior, and  was the Director of the Public Administration Department  ( from 2010-2016)in the College of Economics and Administration, at King Abdulaziz University, in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. She received her Ph.D. with First Honer Degree in Public Administration and Organizational Behavior from Brunel University, London, UK, in 2009. 

In addition to her exceptional performance academically and her remarkable contributions in presenting many valuable researches; she is an effective member in many important committees & scientific societies inside and outside the university among which are: The Committee of The Executive Strategic Studies, The Committee Of FEA Strategic Planning, Postgraduate Curriculum Development Committee in The Faculty of Economics & Administration, The Committee of the British Academy of Management (BAM) - UK., The Society of Academic  Management  ( AOM ) , in Montréal, Canada, The European Institute For Advanced Studies in Management (EIASM), Brussels, Belgium, The Saudi Management Association, and The  Saudi  Consumer Protection Association.

Dr. Suzan has significant contributions and presences in many local & International forums and conferences, such as The First International Forum of Women Leaders of The South American and Arab Countries ‘ASPA’, held in Lima, Beru, in April 2014. She presented a paper titled "The Support of Saudi Women to the Entrepreneur". Moreover, she has many important research interest areas in human resources and organizational behavior. Her latest published research is "The Effect of Organizational Justice on Psychological Empowerment, Hofstude's Culture Dimensions Comparison between Private & Public Sectors, and Globalization Effects On Saudi Management.

Dr. Suzan has also many contributions in training fields, as she is a Certified Trainer for spreading awareness of dialogue cultivation at King Abdul-Aziz National dialogue center.
